Street renaming at residents request

This form can be used to request a street is renamed. At least a two thirds majority of resident and property owner consent will be required before any renaming proposals are considered.

    1. Note: Street naming/renaming proposals should be relevant to the local area or based on local history, and proposed names should either be in English or Welsh. A signed petition will be required. Refer to Section 7 of the Authority Guidance and Procedure Document.
    2. Please upload a copy of the signed petition in support of renaming the street.
  4. Fee
    1. In addition to this fee you must also pay the legal costs and for the production of new street signs. You will be invoiced for these at a later date.
