We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded adventure activity professional, to coordinate all the exciting new programmes for the service.  The role will require the management of a large multi-skilled team, ensuring the provision of all programmes are safe, efficient and of excellent quality for all of our customers and service users.   We offer employability and training programmes, therapeutic and intervention programmes, and commercial tourism programmes.

The ideal candidate will have management experience in a commercial environment, with an understanding of adventurous activity programmes, and a desire to support vulnerable young people. We are seeking an individual with a high level of creativity, administrative skill, people management skills and a commercial mindset.
