These classes are designed to support and encourage you to practice writing in a variety of genres, including stories, poems, memories, family stories, non-fiction - you decide how to approach each genre or topic to create a piece of writing that is meaningful to you.

Duration - 10 weeks

Elements of this workshop will include:

• Writing in every class.
• Reading examples of a variety of types of writing.
• Discussing and sharing ideas about writing.
• Enjoying this opportunity to explore reading and writing about different topics.

Sessions will include:

• Face to face learning.
• Handouts of writing from published sources as examples of particular genres, styles and subjects

What you'll need:

Something to write on, something to write with, and a mug for our tea break.
