Car parking:

The Library car park is a Pay and Display car park. Visitors will have the first two hours free parking and you will still need to obtain a free parking ticket from the machine, but please be aware users who aim to stay longer will need to pay for the extra time they park. Blue badge holders are entitled to the first three hours free.
