Social Care Personal Assistant

From £12.00 per hour. A Social Care Personal Assistant is employed to support an individual to live as independently as possible. A variety of positions are available throughout the Swansea area to support individuals of all ages (including children and adults), backgrounds and abilities.

£25,584 - £26,409 pro rata per year. (Temporary and Part Time) (35 hours, 40 weeks per year) Dechrau Disglair Tirdeunaw a Welsh Flying Start setting are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated childcare worker to join their team in providing high quality childcare for children in the local community aged 2-3 years old. (The salary stated will be subject to a term time only adjustment if the commencement of employment is after the start of the academic year).

Social Worker - Senior Social Worker - Specialist Social Work Practitioner (closing date: 01/02/25)

£39,513 - £48,710 per year. In Swansea Council, our Supported Care Planning (SCP) team is going through an exciting period of development. Recognising that at their most vulnerable times, families want and need experienced, skilled and excellent practitioners to support and guide them, we are providing opportunities for our most experienced social workers to remain firmly in case management whilst also developing their own skills in supporting the development and practice of colleagues.
