Social Care Personal Assistant

From £12.75 to £13.13 per hour. A Social Care Personal Assistant is employed to support an individual to live as independently as possible. A variety of positions are available throughout the Swansea area to support individuals of all ages (including children and adults), backgrounds and abilities.

£28,142 - £31,022 pro rata per year. Residential Care Officer -28 hr post at Maesglas Community Support Unit- Adult Service Provision-Learning Disability -Temporary Emergency Accommodation Residential service.

£28,142 - £31,022 pro rata per year. Part time. 21 hours per week at The Hollies Residential Care Home, in Pontarddulais.

Early Help Lead Worker (closing date: 09/12/25)

£32,061 - £35,412 pro rata per year. An opportunity has arisen for an Early Help Hub Lead Worker with the Early Help Hub. It is a part time role of 32 hours per week and is a temporary post, funded until 31 March 2028 pending further funding.
