Meditation and Relaxation [Mon, 1.15-2pm]

Meditation is a simple and effective way to relieve stress, anxiety, and improve overall sense of wellbeing. These sessions will introduce the learner to the basics of meditation, while working on simple breathing techniques and relaxation poses.
The course works to help you take care of yourself, get more from your day and gain the physical and mental benefits that come from meditation and relaxation.
Elements of the course include:
- Relaxation techniques.
Duration: 10 weeks. Starting Monday, 17th January, 2022.
Please be aware that this course runs 10 weeks from the start date. Bookings made after this date will mean that you will be joining the course late. Our tutors are happy to accept new learners if places are still available to book.
