Use our online form to apply for dog breeding establishment licence.

Before completing your application, please ensure you can provide the following:

Details of your dog breed(s)
Details of your staff
Dog welfare details, ie. exercise arrangements
Veterinary surgeon name and address
Details for the Enhancement and Enrichment Programme section and the Socialisation Programme section
A written health and welfare report from your veterinary surgeon detailing the dogs (stud dog and breeding bitches) that were inspected. Please download the following report for your veterinary surgeon to complete, and then include it with your application: Veterinary Fitness to Breed Inspection of Dogs (Word doc, 39 KB)
A plan of your premises. Must include the number of kennels and sizes of each kennel.

You must complete the application form in full. You will need to pay the application fee when you submit your form. There will be a fee to pay for the vets visit if one takes place.
