You can use this form to request a copy civil partnership certificate.

Requests for certificates are processed within 15 working days after you apply. We offer a priority service if you need the copy certificate sooner. The fee is £12.50 per certificate. We can send it to you by second class post. For our priority service we will get the certificate ready within 24 hours . The fee is £38.50 per certificate. We can send it to you by first class post or we can let you know when it is ready for you to collect.

For a copy civil partnership certificate you must tell us:

names and addresses of both parties to the civil partnership
the date and place of civil partnership.
