WIMD 2014 Indicator Data

Indicator data from the Welsh Index of Multiple Deprivation (WIMD) 2014.

Alongside the release of the latest Welsh Index of Multiple Deprivation (WIMD 2014), the Welsh Government (WG) published the associated indicator data for each of the domains - initially at Lower Super Output Area (LSOA) level.

Whilst the WIMD and individual domain rankings provide the main measure of relative small-area deprivation in Wales, the underlying indicator data provides an additional set of statistical resources.  LSOA level data is currently available for the following WIMD indicators, which are grouped by domain (type of deprivation).  The range of values (high to low) for individual LSOAs within Swansea is shown below.  Further information on each indicator, including definitions and sources, is also available ( PDF Document file (PDF, 20KB)Opens new window).
