Table Tennis

Table Tennis (also known as ping pong) is played on a table which is divided by a low net. It can be played by either two (singles) or four (doubles) players.

The aim is to hit the lightweight, hollow ball back and forth over the net. The ball can only bounce before the player returns it.

The game can be fast-paced which benefits the cardiovascular system. It also develops a better hand/eye coordination.
