Social Care Workforce Development Partnership

The Partnership, which is led by Swansea Social Services, is made up of different key stakeholders from independent providers of social care services, the voluntary sector, or other organisations and agencies who contribute to the work of social care employers and staff.

The Care Council for Wales (CCW) in consultation with the Welsh Government sets out within a Qualifications Framework, required and recommended qualifications for social care posts.
