
Rhossili is the most Western point of the Gower Peninsula and a village steeped in history dating as far back as the Bronze Age. The walk allows you to experience why Rhossili is widely regarded as the most picturesque and photographed part of the Gower, with breathtaking views of Rhossili Bay and the iconic landmark Worms Head.
Directions
• Start at Rhossili Car Park. Please note there is a cost for parking during the summer months
• Head to the bottom corner of the car park by the toilet block then access the path, which heads past the National Trust Shop and Cottages, until you reach a gate. At this point please read all the safety signs before continuing.
• Once past the gate keep to the gravel path and continue heading to the small building which is known as the Outer Lookout and is now manned by the National Coastwatch Institution
• At this point you have walked a distance of 1.3km / 0.7 miles
• Turn around and walk back in the direction you came from
• The path is reasonably flat but beware of other users along the way

• The route is not best suited for pushchairs/wheelchairs due to the gravel path
