Rural Business Plan 2 has been developed by the Swansea Rural Development Partnership with City and County of Swansea acting as its lead body. The Business Plan covers the period 1 March 2011 to 31 December 2013, representing investment of £4.7m in activities designed to provide a focus for rural development in City and County of Swansea.
