Pontarddulais Town Walk

Affectionately know as the 'Bont' to local people this walk gently guides you around the heart of this small bustling village with its small boutiques and welcoming cafés.

Directions

• Start at the Mechanics Institute on St Teilo Street (although this is a circular route so it can be started from any point in the instructions)
• Head down the one way system towards the Workingmen's Club along St Teilo Street
• Cross the road by the Workingmen's Club and turn right into Station Road
• Walk past the surgery and into High Street
• Take the next left towards the factories
• Follow the main road around and take a right at the top of the hill into Ty'n Y Bonau Road
• Head past the cricket club (on your left)
• Continue past William Street and past the fire station which can be found on your right hand side
• Head through the chicane and into Dulais Road
• Walk past the post office and turn right back into St Teilo Street and back to the Mechanics Institute
