Business Development

Swansea Building Control understands the concept of business and that time is money.

With this in mind, we offer a number of services to aid you the customer.

These include meetings with Architects, Developers, Designers and Owners. These can either take place at your offices or at the Council. We will also consult with the Fire Service on your behalf, as we feel that their input is essential for a streamlined service. We also undertake joint inspections to ease the completion Service.

Building Control charges and payments are undertaken and agreed by negotiation with the client. We can also arrange for the plan fee to be invoiced, subject to a written undertaking given by the Council. Thus saving time as an application can start the checking process without first having to raise a cheque.
