Access

Swansea Grand welcomes all patrons to the theatre. We have an extensive range of services to ensure you have an enjoyable and comfortable visit.

The lift in the Arts Wing provides access to all floors of the theatre including the Grand Circle in the main auditorium. There is level access for wheelchair users into the stalls and also into the Footlights Bar. There are five positions available in the stalls for wheelchair users, so should you require one of these please inform box office when you book your tickets.

To enhance sound reception for the hearing impaired, the loop system is available and we provide sign language interpreted performances for certain shows. We also offer Audio Description facilities with some performances.  Please see Assisted performance link to the right.

Assistance Dogs are also welcome.

Please note that strobe lighting is used with certain shows and productions. Please check with Box Office if this is of concern to you.

We are also able to offer a number of armless seats.  Please check with Box Office for availability.

If you do require any of these services or if you have any specific requirements please inform Box Office whilst booking.  Also, please do not hesitate to ask the Front of House Manager if there is anything you need on your arrival.
