One Swansea: Swansea's New Single Integrated PlanThe plan is being done by Swansea's Local Service Board using the principles of Results Based Accountability. The overall purpose of this new plan is to make the delivery of services simpler and to ensure that everyone is working towards the same agreed priorities. The Single Integrated Plan will replace the current community strategy and the plans for community safety; health, social care and wellbeing; and children and young people. Consultation for the plan has now finished. All the information gathered from the different consultations has been pulled together and put into a consultation document. This document can be downloaded on the right. There are also a number of background documents that have been used that you can look at including Swansea's Strategic Needs Assessment. Swansea's Single Integrated Plan will be launched within the next couple of months. Results based accountability has been developed by Mark Friedman.
