Skateboarding and blading

Swansea has skateparks or ramps for skaters and bladers in the following areas -

Elba Sports Complex, Gowerton
Street course
From A484 heading towards Gorseinon, turn left at roundabout onto Victoria Street (B4296).  Take first right onto Gowerton Bypass (B4295) and next right at mini roundabout.  Complex is on the left along this road.

Parc Williams, Loughor
Street course
Directions - Heading towards Loughor Bridge on the A484, turn right at the roundabout before the bridge onto Castle Street.  Entrance is on the right hand side.

Victoria Park
Half pipe and street course
Directions - Heading out of the City Centre towards Mumbles, turn right before St. Helens Rugby Ground onto Guildhall Road South.  The park is on the left.

West Cross Skate Park
Half pipe with elevators
Directions - Drive out of Swansea towards Mumbles.  The skate park is situated after Blackpill Lido, just before West Cross mini roundabout, on the left hand side.

Ynystawe Park and MUGA (multi use games area)
Half pipe and street course
Directions - Exit M4, J45 and take B4603 exit - Clydach.  At roundabout, turn right into Ynystawe Road.  The park is located on the left hand side.
