Swansea Digital TV Service

You can now access local information and Council services using your television remote control thanks to the Swansea Council DigiTV service.

This free service offers instant access to Council information 24 hours a day, seven days a week from the comfort of your own home. 

It is available if you subscribe to Sky or Virgin Media and is accessed via your remote control. The service is also available on any web enabled mobile, Nintendo Wii and PC.

What does the Digital TV Service Offer?

The service offers lots of pages of information on Council services and other public sector organisations - including the NHS and the Job Centre.

You can also:

• Report street lighting problems, benefit fraud, potholes, abandoned cars, missed bin collections and fly tipping
• Request various application forms for bus permits, blue badges and housing register applications
• Search for jobs from Jobcentre Plus and check the latest bus and train times
• Keep up to date with the Council's latest Twitter updates
