Swansea Community Recycling Alliance Partnership

Bringing together individuals and organisations in Swansea who are involved in waste and recycling

The SCRAP Partnership was formed in 2005 and is committed to working, in co-operation with others, in the public, private and voluntary sector, to promote effective sustainable waste management and recycling throughout Swansea.

The partnership aims to contribute positively to the reduction of waste produced in Swansea and at the same time contribute to the social regeneration of Swansea.

The City and County of Swansea is happy to have been associated with the SCRAP partnership since its inception and is keen to develop partnership working with voluntary groups and community organisations further to the benefit of all concerned in the County. Other members include;

Enfys funds from two local Charity shops and a Warehouse outlet. Enfys collects ReUseable Furniture for FREE and gives substantial discounts to people on benefits. They also take All Electrical Appliances regardless of condition and hope to repair and re-distribute them to people on any kind of State Benefits.
