Gower Bike Ride

Wales' biggest bike ride is back for 2009. Join over a 1000 participants at the popular British Heart Foundation's Gower Bike Ride and enjoy a great day out.

Choose from 2 routes, 16 and 29 miles, around the beautiful Gower Peninsula. Have fun, get fit and save lives by registering today and start raising that vital sponsorship money. The BHF depends on these kind donations to help save vulnerable lives every day.

Registration opens at 8.00am at the Recreation Ground, Mumbles Road (next to St Helen's ground).  You will start between 9.00am and 10.00am and must be back by 4.00pm.
