A place to meet the Council

The Contact Centre at the Civic Centre is now operational and provides a single point of contact for all residents, businesses and visitors to Swansea.  It offers improved accessibility to the Council's information and services.

The Contact Centre houses a refurbished reception area which will provide a link to all areas of the Civic Centre, 1-2-1 meeting rooms and a study area for our customers.

Services
A wide range of services provided by highly trained staff, are already available through the Contact Centre.

These services include:

• Blue Badge
• Parking Permits
• Student Finance
• Planning
• Environment
• Passport to Leisure

You can also purchase:

• Refuse sacks
• RADA keys

Once you have finished your business, why not relax in the Coastline Cafe or browse in the new Central Library?

Opening times
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
Saturday 10.00am – 3.00pm (Limited Service)

It is advisable to attend the Contact Centre at least one hour before the stated closing times.
