Applications and Forms for Building Regulations

There are two different methods of applying for Building Regulations, a Building Notice or Full Plans.

The pages below include information about both of these methods.  There are also copies of all our application forms and details of our fees.

You may also need to submit a form for Regularisation and Retaining Walls.  These are also available to download from these pages.

If you have carried out work without first obtaining the necessary building regulation approval, you may have difficulty in selling the property or re-mortgaging.
