Swansea Family Information Service (FIS) is undertaking it's second childcare sufficiency assessment / audit. This assessment is a necessary step to securing sufficient childcare provision, enabling the identification of gaps and establishing plans to meet the needs of working / training parents.

The aim of the assessment is to create an overall picture of parents' use of, and demand for childcare in the Swansea area, but to do this, we need your help.

If you are a parent living or using childcare in Swansea please complete the on line questionnaire. By so doing you will be providing us with valuable information which will be used to inform and plan future childcare services within the City & County of Swansea. The information you provide will remain confidential.

The closing date for the return of the questionnaire is 21^st September 2010 all entries will be entered in to a prize draw.
