We are pleased to accept documents for safe-keeping in the repository at Swansea Civic Centre, if they fall within the remit of our collecting policy. They can be handed to us either as a gift, or on the basis of a long-term loan. The owner receives a receipt and a copy of the catalogue as soon as it is completed.

The documents will be kept securely in a controlled environment designed to ensure their permanent preservation. They will be made available to the general public under careful supervision.
