Pay by Debit or Credit Card

You can now pay your Council Tax, directly over the telephone via Switch, Solo and Delta DEBIT Card payments, or Visa and Mastercard CREDIT Card payments. Card payments can also be accepted in person at the Cashiers Office at the Guildhall, or at The Central Information Unit, Lime Street, Gorseinon.

In order for you to make a DEBIT/CREDIT card payment you will need the account number of the Council Tax account that you wish to make a payment against and your Debit/Credit card, as you will be asked a list of pre-set questions.

Once you have provided your Debit/Credit Card details to us, the payment will be processed via our Cashiers Section within 1 working day.

All you have to do is telephone the Council Tax Section on 01792 635382 between Monday and Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (4.30 pm on Friday). We will take some details from you in relation to your Debit/Credit card account, and the amount you wish to pay.
