Swansea Wise Plans

Since January 2006, The City & County of Swansea have been working in partnership with three other European communities involved in this Wise-plans energy project.

The European funded project "Wise-plans : Co-operation between Communities for Energy Action Plans" involves all four communities and their technical partners working together to share information and experience in improving energy efficiency and developing renewable energy technologies. The aim of this information sharing is for each community to develop their own Sustainable Energy Action Plans (SEAPs) for more effective use and management of energy resources.
