Compact Agreement Between The City And County Of Swansea And The Voluntary Sector

As part of the Better Swansea Partnership's Action Plan for 2005 - 2020, in relation to the Compact Agreement, the Partnership agreed the following strategic outcome -"Clearly defined relationship between the voluntary and community sector and Swansea's key agencies"

In order to progress this, the City & County of Swansea and Swansea Council for Voluntary Services jointly commissioned a piece of work intended to reinvigorate the Compact process.  The consultant's report has been produced and is being used to assist a policy review into the Voluntary Sector Compact that the Audit Scrutiny Board is currently carrying out.
