Building regulations are the minimum standards in construction. They include the structure of a building, fire protection, energy conservation and access and use of buildings.

In Wales building regulations are the responsibility of the Welsh Government.

If you are unable to visit the Civic Centre, we will be happy to call at your premises to discuss your application or any queries you may have.  You can arrange a visit by contacting Building Control or using our Request a visit form.
