Indoor Hockey

What is Indoor Hockey?
Indoor Hockey is a variation of field hockey which is played indoors.

The pitch and goals are smaller than the outdoor version. Teams are generally made up of five players and one goalie defending the goal.

Players use their hockey sticks to direct a ball into their opponent's goal. The ball may only be pushed or directed - not hit.

Indoor Hockey is an exciting, physical and fast-paced game. It requires lots of energy and body-strength which improves the cardiovascular system and helps build and strengthen muscles.

It also helps develop reflexes and better eye/hand co-ordination.
