Dylan Thomas Centre

The Dylan Thomas Centre is open 10.00am - 4.30pm seven days a week and celebrates Dylan Thomas, Swansea's world famous poet. The building itself is managed by the University of Wales.

Dylan Thomas Centre

The Dylan Thomas Centre is home to a permanent exhibition, 'Love the Words', which opened on 27 October 2014, Dylan's 100th birthday. The interactive displays tell the story of the work, life and cultural context of one of the twentieth century's most significant writers, and the exhibition includes a learning space, activities for children, and a temporary exhibition area.

The Dylan Thomas Centre also runs a learning, outreach, and events programme, and organises the annual Dylan Thomas Festival during October and November.

Guided tours of the exhibition at the Dylan Thomas Centre can be arranged for groups of all ages.
