Most Convergence project delivery will be procured through competitive tendering. Weblinks to Convergence-specific tendering opportunities and notices of tendering opportunities will be posted here as we become aware of them.

Notices can be found by following the links at the bottom of this page (click Notices in list format (all notices)) or arranged by Convergence theme (click Notices arranged by Convergence theme). The links under each notice will take you directly to the relevant notice on the Sell2Wales website. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the notice.

To search Sell2Wales for Convergence or other EU contracts:

Step 1: Click 'search notice' to the top left of the Sell2Wales homepage

Step 2: Enter 'Convergence' in the 'keyword search' box. Alternative keywords include 'ESF', 'ERDF', 'Welsh European Funding Office','or 'WEFO'. (Please note this will return all contracts including those outside Wales.)

Step 3: Click on a notice title to view a notice.

Step 4: Your search can be narrowed by clicking the 'Advanced' tab. Use this to specify live or archived notices, start and end dates for your search, or specify categories of work.

If your organisation is not already registered with Sell2Wales, you will need to register from the homepage, from the external link to the right of this page. More information on how to tender can be found in the Sell2Wales 'Guide 2 tendering':

https://www.sell2wales.co.uk/help/2124.html

WEFO are encouraging small organisations to register their services on the Sell2Wales website as part of delivery arrangements for the 2007-2013 programmes.

Third sector organisations in City & County of Swansea will find further advice on procurement on the Swansea Council for Voluntary Service (SCVS) Convergence pages by following the link to the right of this page.

Under the new Programmes organisations can benefit from European funding – not only as sponsors or as beneficiaries of projects but also by tendering to deliver their services. Once registered with Sell2Wales, organisations can then bid for contracts, and will be alerted of opportunities that are published on Buy4Wales.

Opportunities to deliver services through European funded projects will also be listed on the WEFO website in the approved projects tables.
