Be active![]() Do you know that you should be doing 30 minutes of physical activity 5 times a week for it to benefit your health?No? Don't panic, much of the Welsh population are the same, so that's why a 30 x 5 campaign has started in Swansea! What is the 30 x 5 campaign? Many benefits can be gained from being active. Everyone should try to live an active lifestyle, not just those who are trying to lose weight. Increasing your daily activity will help to increase your energy, motivation and concentration levels. People find all sorts of reasons not to be active
There is plenty of research to show that physical activity can help improve your health and make you feel better about yourself.
Being physically active doesn't mean that you have to participate in sport. It's a lot simpler than that.
