The Swansea Bay Rider is a 72 seater land train, which runs along Swansea promenade, from Blackpill Lido, Blackpill, to Southend Gardens, Mumbles, and gives passengers a spectacular view of the beautiful Swansea Bay.

Dragon Train

We're celebrating St David's Day by running the popular 'Dragon Train' again this year.

Hop aboard the red puffer and enjoy the ride along the beautiful Swansea Bay.

The Dragon Train will be running between Blackpill Lido and Southend Gardens on Saturday 3^rd March.

Departing Blackpill – 2pm, 3pm and 4pm

Departing Southend –2.30pm, 3.30pm and 4.30pm

Tickets, available on the train, cost £1.00 (adults and children) for a one way journey.

The Swansea Bay Rider is fully accessible to wheelchair users.  Dogs are allowed on the train if on a lead and under control.

Bad weather

The Swansea Bay Rider is weather dependent and will not run if conditions are poor.
