Squash is one of the most physically demanding sports. It is fast paced and improves cardiovascular fitness (the heart and lungs organs), promotes good co-ordination, agility, flexibility and speed. It also provides a great upper body workout as well as improving strength in arms, legs and torso.

Our priority is fun as our coaches deliver enjoyable squash sessions that provide children with their first understanding of the game. Learning outcomes include the understanding of the game, understanding what you can make the ball do, using correct grips, racket angle control and racket speed.
