Vehicle parking and outdoor routes
The centre has 6 blue badge parking bays adjacent to the centre entrance and a car parking facility that extends from the entrance across the campus. Assistance dogs are welcome. We can also provide a secure sheltered assistance dog waiting area with water bowl if required.

Main entrance and reception
Level access to reception is available through automated front doors. Reception desk is lowered and is suitable for wheelchair user access.

Multi-level access - lifts
The centre is single storey for all public areas. The only areas that have second floor access are "staff only" areas.

Accessible sanitary and changing accommodation facilities
The centre has a pool dedicated accessible facility with emergency shower cords and the same for sports/fitness areas. The latter is opened by way of Radar key, the former by staff upon request.

Lockers
Lockers are available in varying sizes and accessible for wheelchair users in both pool and sport/fitness areas. Padlocks are available at reception, or you can bring your own.

Signage/induction loops
There is Braille signage around the building as well as induction loops at reception.

Pool access
The pool is fully accessible access and has a hoist facility to assist when requested as well as dedicated changing for families and disabled customers.

Gym
The equipment is IFI accredited. This includes Strength training and cardiovascular. 
 'IFI Accredited' equipment is fully inclusive, enabling both disabled and non-disabled people to benefit from a full body, cardiovascular and resistance-based workout.

Carer access
We do not charge for carers or companions accompanying disabled users who need assistance.
