Sigma and Nero confirmed for Club MTV concert

Two of the biggest names in UK dance music have been added to the line-up for a major concert in Swansea next month.

Both Sigma and Nero have been confirmed for the Club MTV concert at Singleton Park on Saturday September 24.

Sigma, a drum and bass DJ and record production duo, have twice topped the UK Singles Chart over the last year with 'Nobody to Love' and 'Changing', which featured Paloma Faith.

Nero, an electronic music trio, topped the UK Albums Chart with their debut studio album, 'Welcome Reality'. They also won a Grammy Award for their collaborative remix of 'Promises' with Skrillex.

Swansea Council and the Welsh Government have worked closely with MTV to bring the concert to the city.

Professor Green, Jonas Blue and Redlight have already been confirmed for the Singleton Park concert, which has capacity for 20,000 people.

Tickets for the seven-hour concert, priced at just £15 plus a £1.50 booking fee, can be purchased on either the Ticketmaster website at or from Derricks Music on Oxford Street.

Some of Professor Green's biggest hits include Read All About It, featuring Emile Sandé; I Need You Tonight, featuring Ed Drewett; and Just Be Good To Green, featuring Lily Allen.

London-based music producer Jonas Blue's hits include Fast Car, featuring Dakota, which reached number two in the UK singles chart; as well as Perfect Strangers, featuring JP Cooper, which also reached number two in the UK singles chart.

Bristol DJ Redlight is a huge underground favourite, whose hits include Switch it Off, Get Out Of My Head and Lost In Your Love.

Club MTV residents and rising stars of the UK's EDM scene, R3WIRE and Varski, have also been confirmed for the Singleton Park concert.
