Living independently at home

Keeping your independence can help to keep us happier and healthier as you get older. There are many ways you can stay living in your home and support is available if you need it.

Health and social care

It is important to look after your your wellbeing and keep healthy. If you struggle to do this and need support then Swansea Social Services and other agencies may be able to help.

Whether you are a carer or being cared for it is important that you receive support.

If you are unable to make decisions about your own health and welfare who can? Power of attorney allows someone you choose to help support you to make decisions.
