Function Rooms at the Brangwyn
There are a wide range of function rooms available in the Guildhall, including the beautiful Brangwyn Hall.
There is limited availability for the function rooms, so please book well in advance by ringing 01792 635432. Any event can be accommodated from theatre style to buffet, exhibition to conference. The rooms are situated in the same corridor, so moving from one to another is easy.

The Brangwyn Hall is a fabulous venue for large dinners, weddings and conferences. It is a beautiful venue, with decorated ceilings, wood panelling and art deco touches. It is decorated with the huge British Empire Panels by the artist Frank Brangwyn, who lent his name to the hall.
The Brangwyn Hall can accommodate1070 theatre style and 500 seated for a formal dinner event. See the YouTube film clip below to get an impression of the hall.
The Lord Mayor's Reception Room
This elegant room forms part of the civic suite and is used by the Lord Mayor to host visiting dignitaries. There is a minstrel's gallery at one end of the room and it is the site of the eighteenth British Empire panel painted by Frank Brangwyn.

The George Hall is often used for exhibitions and smaller dinner events.The room has lovely proportions, with frescoed walls and a decorative high ceiling. See the room set up for a wedding breakfast in the You Tube clip below.
