Group Cycling
A non-impact workout that is both challenging and fun. Consists of varying speeds, resistance levels and intensities targeted at raising your heart rate and toning your lower body.
Step
A class that focuses on improving different components of fitness including cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance and tone with the use of step stations.
Circuits
Classes are set in a friendly atmosphere, where participants perform exercises at different stations. This is an excellent all round fitness class as it improves the cardiovascular system, muscle condition and strength.
Boxercise
Set to music this class incorporates a number of simple boxing moves without the physical contact experience. An ideal class to develop strength, speed and flexibility, as well as improving the cardiovascular system.

Aerobics
A cardiovascular workout to music which will improve your general level of fitness as well as increasing your stamina, coordination and flexibility.
