As traditional induction offered in gyms can be quite daunting to new members we've come up with a personal approach to set you on your path to achieve your health and fitness goals.
We believe that just a few minutes with one of our instructors will make a huge difference to your motivation and commitment so new members at Active Swansea are being invited to 'have a CWTSH'.

Our aim is to help you establish a habit of regular exercise and make sure you have all the resources you need to make your goals a reality.
As a member of Active Swansea, you have access to knowledgeable and professional staff who are eager to assist you in finding an exercise programme that is right for you.
So every new member will receive four 1-2-1 CWTSH sessions with one of our instructors in the first few months of joining.
At your first session the instructor will talk to you about your goals - whether it's to lose weight, tone up, get fit or simply feel fitter and meet new people - and put a programme in place for you to follow.
You will receive three further 1-2-1 sessions over the following weeks which will give you the opportunity to discuss your progress and any issues or further requirements with your fitness instructor.
Sessions will depend on your level of experience and confidence in the gym and will be tailored to your individual needs.
